Milk Bottle Elephant Craft
Make a cute Indian elephant by recycling your milk bottle! Kids will love creating their own elephant and decorating it with sequins.
To make this elephant craft you will need:
Milk bottle
Scissors
Paint (white, blue, purple)
Glue
Blue marker pen
Step 1
Draw lines on the milk bottle as guides for you to cut. Draw one line around the whole bottle slightly higher from the bottom of the handle. Draw an arch from this line on each side of the bottle - this will form the legs. Next, cut the lines that you have drawn to create the elephant shape and get rid of the bottom half of the milk bottle.
Step 2
Paint the milk bottle. I decided to paint the elephant light blue with a purple sheet on its back. It is best to take the lid off of the milk bottle first so you don't accidentally get paint on it.
Step 3
Add the decorations! This is the really fun bit, you can add whatever you like! I added a big googly eye, gold paint tassels and sequins to the purple sheet and gold stripes and a pom pom to the elephants hat!
